Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-4 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-4 working days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 working days using Royal Mail. Flat rate shipping fee of £17.50 applies to orders shipping to: Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

For the US a shipping rate, including tariff, of $36 applies to dolls and $21 applies to dolls clothing.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free shipping within the UK.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Susanne Gilmour (The Jemima Company) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thejemimacompany@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
