The shorts are made from a lovely blue cotton fabric, with a pink and blue ric-rac trim around the hem, and have an elasticated waist. The little sleeveless blouse is made from a beautiful cloud and hearts print, cotton fabric, has a lace collar. It has a Velcro opening down the front.
